We are all treaty people
Part of the Debwewin Oakville Project is to highlight Treaty territory throughout Oakville with signage, placed in Partnership with the Town of Oakville. To help support the project we have created smaller versions of these signs that can be displayed by businesses and residents to recognize the treaty territory on which they live or work.
Each is mountable wall plaque is 14 x 16 and laminated are available through on The Oakville Community Foundation website.
With every purchase, a small portion will be directed to the Debwewin Project as well as the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation. These signs have been developed to both inform residents which Treaty they are on and to inspire them to be grateful Treaty People.
